How much preparation is expected from the client?

Very little. During the kick-off (60, 90 minutes) we jointly sharpen the question, target outcome and relevant actors. Internal materials are helpful where they exist, but nothing is mandatory. The analytical work sits entirely with us.

How closely involved is the client during an ongoing project?

As closely as needed, as lean as possible. By default you receive one interim review to validate the direction and a final results presentation. On request we extend this to weekly check-ins, at no extra cost.

What does the final output look like in concrete terms?

You receive a structured results presentation (PDF) with management summary, analysis, strategic interpretation and, depending on the package, recommendations. Supporting artefacts such as Excel benchmarks or raw research are provided on request.

How is confidentiality ensured? Are NDAs standard?

Confidentiality is the foundation of our work. On request we sign an NDA before the initial conversation, most of our engagements are confidential by default anyway. Reference projects only ever appear anonymised and only with explicit consent.

Is the initial conversation binding or paid?

No. The initial conversation is free of charge, confidential and non-binding. We use it to understand your question and, where appropriate, recommend a suitable package. You decide on the next steps afterwards, in your own time.

How quickly is an enquiry answered?

Typically within one business day, often sooner. If you share a preferred time window for the initial conversation, we'll come back with concrete slots straight away.

What happens after the enquiry, step by step?

Step 1: A short reply with suggested slots for a 30- to 45-minute initial conversation. Step 2: A call to discuss your question, target outcome and the appropriate package. Step 3: A written proposal with fixed price and binding delivery date, without obligation.

How confidentially is information from the enquiry handled?

Accepted Answer

Strictly confidential. An NDA can be signed before the initial conversation. Internal information is never shared with third parties, never used for marketing, and on request deleted after project completion with documented evidence.
