What is included in the fixed prices, and what is not?

Accepted Answer

Included: kick-off, research, analysis, strategic interpretation, results presentation (PDF) and, depending on the package, recommendations and a management presentation. Not included: travel and expenses (rare in practice, as we work remote-first), paid third-party databases and any work outside the agreed scope. If something additional is needed, we discuss it transparently up front.

What counts as an "actor" or "criterion" in the packages?

Accepted Answer

An actor is a competitor, market participant, provider or other relevant player, depending on the question. A criterion is an analytical dimension along which actors are made comparable (e.g. positioning, pricing model, target segment, technology, sales channels). Which actors and criteria are actually relevant is defined together during the kick-off.

Which data sources are used?

Accepted Answer

A combination of publicly available sources (company websites, annual reports, industry publications, patent and registry data), professional databases and structured expert research. We work transparently and source-critically, every central statement is traceably substantiated.

How is the right package selected?

Accepted Answer

During the initial conversation we listen to the question and the decision ahead, then recommend the appropriate package, including the smaller one, if it's sufficient. We never recommend a larger package simply to increase the engagement value.

What happens if none of the packages exactly fit the engagement?

For individual questions, very large engagements or ongoing advisory we put together a tailored offer on request, again with a fixed price and a binding delivery date. Just get in touch.

Is Fast Track always available?

Accepted Answer

Fast Track is a genuine prioritisation, not a marketing promise: we take on only a limited number of Fast Track engagements per week and transparently communicate the next available slot before contract signature. If your preferred date isn't available, we say so openly, and propose the next realistic alternative.

Is the initial conversation binding or paid?

Accepted Answer

No. The initial conversation is free of charge, confidential and non-binding. We use it to understand your question and, where appropriate, recommend a suitable package. You decide on the next steps afterwards, in your own time.

How quickly is an enquiry answered?

Accepted Answer

Typically within one business day, often sooner. If you share a preferred time window for the initial conversation, we'll come back with concrete slots straight away.

What happens after the enquiry, step by step?

Accepted Answer

Step 1: A short reply with suggested slots for a 30- to 45-minute initial conversation. Step 2: A call to discuss your question, target outcome and the appropriate package. Step 3: A written proposal with fixed price and binding delivery date, without obligation.

How confidentially is information from the enquiry handled?

Accepted Answer

Strictly confidential. An NDA can be signed before the initial conversation. Internal information is never shared with third parties, never used for marketing, and on request deleted after project completion with documented evidence.
